This shipping policy covers all domestic delivery services within the United States for our makeup, skincare, and beauty cosmetic line. Free Shipping Eligibility All US orders with a merchandise subtotal of **$49.90 USD or more (pre-tax)** qualify for complimentary standard domestic shipping. No discount code is required; free shipping will automatically apply at checkout.If you return items that reduce your post-return order subtotal below $49.90, the original free shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund amount. Standard Shipping Fees (Orders Under $49.90) Shipping charges for orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold are calculated live at checkout, based on your US delivery state, package weight, and standard USPS ground rates. All shipping costs are non-refundable unless your package arrives damaged, lost, or misdelivered due to our fulfillment error.
Processing & Delivery Timelines
1. Order Processing: All beauty orders require 1–3 business days for warehouse picking, quality inspection, packaging, and carrier handoff. Processing time does not include weekends or US national holidays.
2. Estimated US Delivery Times after dispatch: ◦ Continental United States: 3–7 business days ◦ Alaska & Hawaii: 7–12 business daysDelivery timelines are estimates only. Evervibemarket is not responsible for carrier slowdowns, sorting facility delays, weather disruptions, or postal service backlogs.
Shipping Coverage We currently only ship to physical street addresses within the 50 United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not offer international shipping, PO box deliveries, or military APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages
1. Lost packages: If your tracking shows delivered but you never receive your parcel, contact our support email okyplorppsmyb@outlook.com within 10 days of the marked delivery date. We will file a USPS trace investigation on your behalf.
2. Damaged shipments: Take clear photos of the outer shipping box and all broken/leaking cosmetic products, then submit photos and your order number to our email within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or partial refund.
3. Stolen packages: We recommend adding signature confirmation at checkout for high-value makeup bundles; Evervibemarket cannot replace stolen packages marked "successfully delivered" by USPS without official postal investigation results. Shipping Tracking Once your order is dispatched, an automated tracking link will be sent to your checkout email address. You may monitor your package’s transit status at any time via the tracking URL.
